 Training, whether it be product knowledge, new hire, new systems (CRM’s, etc) has, is and always will be part of the success of ANY company. With the addition of Digital Products, such as eSignature and others over the last few years being introduced into the auto business, training methods and processes are changing and will continue to change.    would like to replace your current BDC with a much more efficient DCC or Digital Communication Center. Consumers want more creative, less intrusive (too many phone calls), but, also, the most informational means to communicate with them. Service appointments/reminders done with a response from consumers, Sales calls, Internet leads, Parts leads, and others would be taught how to use the integrated “Event Planner”. Hence, up to 5 days for training.     The phone call will always be vital, but to continue to pay companies to come in and do “Phone Training” to an employee that has an 80% turnover rate should tell you it’s time to change!! Put in a digital system that’s permanent where a manager can train new employees.   is aware that this is an evolving project, therefore, the software company/companies    forms alliances will also have a contact for digital questions about their PdocS system. You will have an assigned    rep after conversion is complete. As time goes on, we will have “How To” videos on the training of certain digital products, and NEW digital products as they come out.     All conversions and training until end of year will be lead by a team to include the president of  .
