2. What happens to our current eSignature program through Dealertrack or Route 1?
If your Dealer Group has a current contract with either, we can discuss, but it’s not going to matter. The
system gives your Dealer Group a 100% eSignature program in EVERY department to include the F&I paperwork. More than likely Dealertrack and Route 1 are buying that eSignature through another software company anyway and charging you every month for 1 Digital product-eSignature.
3. Why can’t some big company come out with something like

When DocuSign came out with an eSignature program, I fully expected that to happen. As I started to work on a solution, I started to understand the number of changes that were going to need to be done, with the different Dealer Groups. Since this is the first system of it’s type, it can’t and won’t be duplicated unless another person or company comes up with their ideas of how it should be done.
4. Can you reduce our paper load?
This one is mainly coming from Controllers. The changes here are about to be stupid, because now you will only print when needed, as digitally filing the deals will save you an incredible amount of storage space. Plus, change your incoming paper invoices to digital with an “OK To Pay” initial blocks for manager approval.
5. Is it Front To Back?
This question has been asked 100 times. The automobile business has been feasted upon for years, but there finally is ONE system of digital products from the time the customer gets out of their vehicle, made a purchase, add accessories in parts, made the 1st oil change appointment, returns for service, service wash performed by clean up, the customer comes, pays for everything, drives away and never had to pick up a pen or phone!!! All digital copies are stored in the customers phones when eSigning.
6. How does the customer receive their paperwork?
ALL transactions within the Dealership will be done digitally with the digital copies of anything the customer signs being stored in their phone automatically. All applications, New Hire paperwork including handbooks, will be stored in employees phones.
7. What is Artificial Intelligence (AI), how do we use it, and how is it going to benefit us?
We are going to learn as we go with this one, but I’m going to get your Media/marketing firm started with some really good ideas. Currently, some marketing companies are sending out a text with digital ad attached, which allow for a redirect back to the website. That’s a good start, but it doesn’t give you what you want. Why don’t you send a targeted new or preowned digital ad with a question we ask like “Is your main family vehicle a car or truck?
