Conversion Steps

How is this all going to work?
Your Team will consist of 1-2 Software reps, 1-2
Marketing/Media/DCC reps & 2-3 additional people from
to include the President of
. This will allow us to be efficient, but most importantly, get the managers and employees trained properly on the many uses and benefits of digital products.
An eSignature commitment letter will be sent to you with expectations, pricing and agreed-upon conversion dates
request a short meeting with the assigned “Go-To” decision-maker for the dealer group to explain the process and what the week will entail.
will meet with all departments, like a department head meeting, and you may want to include someone from your ad agency to discuss process for the week. I’ll also bring up some examples of changes in this meeting, and can have a Q & A at that time.
will then review current signing processes in each department, while also talking to the manager of that department, as this is the time to make changes, but also add new initial blocks or signature blocks where you currently don’t have them.
will then meet with the “Go-To” person with a total review of the forms within each department that need changes
While software company is placing signatures where needed, will take the next 3 days to start your “Event Planner” and do training on the usage of digital products
This all involves implementing your 100% Front to Back eSignature program. will transmit all forms to the software company by end of day 2
This process could take up to 5 days including the training
The system will be integrated and ready within 5 days, then there will be a determined “GO LIVE” date. Working on that time frame now and it will be announced shortly
Payments to – 1/2 of agreed-upon amount at end of the first day, with the second half due on the “Go Live” date and you, ’re satisfied!!
